7-Eleven Giveaway Rules

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION:  The Feastables & 7-Eleven Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on May 24, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 31, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Feastables, Inc., 1189 Wilmette Ave., #225, Wilmette, IL  60091 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY:  Only legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, which, for clarification, specifically excludes Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions, who are thirteen (13) years of age or older are eligible to enter.  Eligible entrants who are less than the age of majority in their state of primary residence (a ‘minor’) must have a parent/legal guardian’s permission to participate in the Sweepstakes.  Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, MrBeast, 7-Eleven, Inc., participating retailers and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and influencers (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize.  Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER:

Please Note: Voice over Internet Protocol phone numbers cannot be used for this Sweepstakes. A mobile phone number must be provided via an eligible entry method below to be considered. Entry requests submitted using a Voice over Internet Protocol phone number will not be considered and deemed void. 

There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

1. FEASTABLES PURCHASE: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit a participating retailer and purchase a Feastables product(s), while supplies last. Then, using your mobile phone, take a photo of your store receipt that clearly includes the date, store name/location and eligible Feastables product(s) purchased. Visit https://feastables.com/pages/7-eleven-giveaway, complete the Sweepstakes online entry form, upload your store receipt and submit to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing for each Feastables product purchase, up to a maximum of forty nine (49) entries per calendar day. 

2. FEASTABLES PURCHASE VIA 7NOW, 7REWARDS, SPEEDYREWARDS APP: Entrants may log-in to the 7Now, 7Rewards, or SpeedyRewards mobile application (each, and collectively, the “App”) using a mobile device, or navigate to the app store where they can download and install the App, available for download on iPhone* and Android* mobile devices. Then, entrants must follow the instructions to create an App account (if they have not done so already). Entrants may then visit a participating 7-Eleven location and purchase a Feastables product(s) using the App, while supplies last. Entrants will receive seven (7) entries into the Sweepstakes random drawing for each Feastables product purchase, up to a maximum of forty nine (49) entries per calendar day. 

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY – MAIL IN. To receive forty nine (49) entries without making a purchase, handprint your complete name, address, city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address, and daytime phone number (including area code) on a 3”x5” card, and mail in a business-size #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: Feastables Lambo Giveaway Entry, Dept. #857862, P.O. Box 5101, Kalamazoo, MI  49003-5101. All Mail-In entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2023 and received by June 5, 2023 to be considered for entry.  Each entry must be mailed separately.  No typed, computer printed, mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, or incomplete entries will be accepted, and all such entries will be void. 

Limit of forty nine (49) entries per person, per day, per receipt throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.  For purposes of these Official Rules, a ‘day’ is defined as any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Sweepstakes Period beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending twenty-four (24) hours later at 11:59 p.m. ET.  All entries received from any person that exceed the stated limitation will be disqualified.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting-in to receive text messages from Sponsor. Message frequency varies. Your mobile phone must be capable of sending and receiving text messages to participate via this method. Text message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not required or a condition of any purchase. Text STOP to 69420 to cancel receipt of any future texts or text HELP to 69420 for help. See your wireless carrier for text message rates and capabilities. The text messaging method of entry is designed to work with most of the U.S. major wireless carriers in the United States, but Sponsor makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate, and the mobile phone that is used must be capable of sending and receiving text messages. Check with your carrier for details. Proof of text messaging the short code is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor.  

All entries must be received in accordance with the deadlines stated herein in order to participate.  The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for online entries in this Sweepstakes.  In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.  The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes.  The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.  

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:  On or about June 30, 2023, one (1) potential prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.  The potential prize winner will be notified by text message, phone and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Potential winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, an IRS W-9 Form and, where lawful, a publicity release within seventy two (72) hours from time of initial notification from Sponsor. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected. If the potential winner is an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

GRAND PRIZE (1): Winner will receive a Lamborghini Huracan 2017 vehicle. The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of Grand Prize vehicle is $216,995.00.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Sponsor will work with the Grand Prize Winner or the Grand Prize Winner’s parent/legal guardian in the event the Grand Prize Winner is an eligible minor to fulfill the Grand Prize. The depiction of the Grand Prize in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual vehicle to be delivered to the Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor will determine all features of the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to, color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by the delivery dealer and paid for by the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner or the Grand Prize Winner’s parent/legal guardian in the event the Grand Prize Winner is an eligible minor must be a U.S. licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of valid U.S. driver’s license and legally-required insurance at the time of the Grand Prize delivery, and if they do not produce proof of same, an alternative Grand Prize Winner will be selected and the original Grand Prize Winner’s rights to the Grand Prize will be automatically forfeited. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for title, applicable taxes, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with acceptance of the Grand Prize not specified herein as being awarded. SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES WILL NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY PROPERTY LOSS, DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH, IN CONNECTION WITH THE GRAND PRIZE PURSUANT TO THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR ANY PERSON’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT SPONSOR WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXPRESS-WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTIES SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE OWNER'S GUIDE FOR THE GRAND PRIZE. The Grand Prize winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize from the dealership authorized to sell the Grand Prize vehicle nearest winner’s residence, based on available inventory, and Sponsor will endeavor to deliver vehicle by July 15, 2023. Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor will be responsible for delays in delivery of the Grand Prize, and delivery is subject to availability, changes to pending production, shipment, and coordination of port arrival. The Grand Prize winner will bear all risk of loss or damage to the Grand Prize after it has been delivered to the specified delivery site. The Grand Prize Winner or the Grand Prize Winner’s parent/legal guardian in the event the Grand Prize Winner is an eligible minor must personally retrieve the Grand Prize within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery. Grand Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except as provided herein at the discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at their discretion, to substitute the Grand Prize for one of comparable or greater value. 

All federal, state and local taxes, title, registration, vehicle insurance and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GENERAL:  Acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner’s (and, in the case of a minor winner, such minor winner’s parent/legal guardian on their behalf) permission for Sponsor and its designees to use prize winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.  Entrants (and, in the case of a minor entrant, such minor entrant’s parent/legal guardian on their behalf) agree that the Sweepstakes Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.  Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen entries or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding a prize or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.  If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.  Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.  These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

 

GOVERNING LAW:  ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.

WINNER’S NAME:  The name of the confirmed winner will be posted at https://feastables.com/pages/winner-list.
