Just a product suggestion because I prefer dark chocolate sea salt but would rather have grass fed milk than soy or sunflower lecithin in the ingredients.
I'm not sure if the demand for what I suggest Is high enough to rationalize making another product option in your line. If you did I would buy it though.
One other suggestion you might want to tell your chocolate experts. I've tried many sea salt chocolate bars and some of the best ones Sprinkle Pretzel Grain sized Sea salt Into The mold after pouring the chocolate in. It doesn't quite sink all the way into the chocolate bar and creates a crunchy layered salty texture that is a really nice contrast.It makes a difference. You guys should try it out as a test batch.
