  • Since chocolate is a perishable item we do not accept returns or exchanges and cannot provide refunds.

    If something is wrong with your order please reach out, include a photo and we'll take a look. Reach out directly to info@ca.feastables.com. We'll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible!
  • Right now, we only ship within the US, and AU. I know...big sad for our international fans and we HEAR you.

    We are working on solutions to expand globally, but at this time we do not have an ETA. We HIGHLY suggested sticking with us on our socials, or on our Discord. This is where we will drop the latest news and updates.

  • To keep your chocolate as fresh as possible, keep it in a cool, dry place. Keeping your chocolate in the fridge or freezer is OK (let’s be real – frozen chocolate is tasty) if you are only storing it for a day or two. Try to keep it in a drawer or compartment that blocks out moisture and aim for temperatures between 59F to 69F.
  • At this time, Feastables products are not Halal certified. This is a certification we are working on obtaining, but we do not have a timeline for exactly when this will be completed.

    No Feastables products contain any pork products or byproducts, and our gummies use a plant based Pectin for their gummy texture, rather than animal based gelatin.
  • Although our chocolate bars do not contain gluten ingredients, they are manufactured in a facility that handles gluten ingredients. If you have allergy concerns, please carefully read the ingredient information on each package, including the allergens and the precautionary allergen statement. There are people with non-gluten allergies to wheat. Our primary goal is to provide accurate information to ensure consumers make informed decisions.
  • No, our chocolate products are NOT vegan/plant based. In order to provide that creamier taste that so many customers love, we introduced a small amount of milk in our dark chocolate, so it is no longer vegan.
  • At this time, Feastables does not have a Kosher certification for our products.

    We know there is a lot of interest for a Kosher certification and we are working on meeting those standards with our manufacturer, however we do not yet have a timeline for when this will be completed.

  • Temperature changes can cause the cocoa butter in chocolate to separate and rise to the surface, creating a whitish finish on the bar. Luckily, this natural process isn’t a safety issue so you’re free to enjoy your chocolate!
  • Our products have been designed in Greenville, North Carolina, and produced in Peru and the USA.
  • We have a rigorous food safety program at Feastables, and safeguards are continually monitored to ensure a quality product and an excellent consumer experience. We list all allergens and potential allergens contained in our products in a statement on the back of the packaging.

    We do not make our products in allergy-free facilities. However, our facilities use good manufacturing practices as controls to prevent allergen cross-contamination. This ingredient and allergen information is for the package in hand. Your specific item has the most current information for your needs and is not intended for other packages of the same product.

    If you have allergy concerns, please carefully read the ingredient information on each package. We recommend taking our product label and this information to your doctor and discussing it with them.

Please send us an email by filling out this form and make sure to include which product you consumed and a photo of the expiration date of the bar (located on the right side on the back). This information is helpful for us to dive deeper into the specific product you received.
