Once an order ships, we cannot make changes to an address.
Once you receive tracking information, here's what we suggest:
- At first, your tracking information will show that a label has been created but you won't see an estimated delivery date. You cannot make changes during this time and the package may remain in this stage for 1-3 business days.
- Once you see an estimated delivery date, select "Change My Delivery." You'll need to set up a UPS MyChoice account.
- You can also call UPS directly 800-742-5877 once you see an estimated delivery date
