My Order's tracking says that my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it. What should I do?

Although our couriers are effective, mistakes and accidents happen. Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:

Wait at least 48-72 hours. Waiting sucks, but sometimes the carrier marks a delivery as "delivered" prematurely and it can show up.

Check around your building that the package was delivered to and with neighbors.
