The Feastables Valentine’s Day Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will begin on January 20, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends when all five hundred (500) available “Gifts” (as defined below) have been claimed, or at 11:59:59 PM CT on February 6, 2026, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”). This Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Promotion is sponsored by Feastables, Inc., 167 N Green Street, Chicago, IL  60607 (“Sponsor”).  

ELIGIBILITY: Participant must be a legal United States resident residing in the fifty (50) United States, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territories and Possessions, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation.  Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, MrBeast YouTube LLC, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the advertising, fulfillment and marketing agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, spouses, and life partners of each), and/or those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.  Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE & GIFTS: During the Promotion Period, participants must scan the QR code on Feastables Valentine’s Day products at participating stores to be redirected to the promotion website (“Promotion Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the claim form by providing a valid email address, opt-in to receive email marketing from Sponsor and verify that they have read, understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and click submit as directed. Upon submission of the claim form and validation of eligibility, the first five (500) hundred participants will receive eight(8) Valentine’s Day cards on a perforated sheet illustrated by artist Dave Homer (each a “Gift” and collectively the “Gifts”).  There is no retail value associated with the Gifts.  Confirmed Gift recipients must follow the on-screen instructions to claim a Gift, including, without limitation, providing Sponsor with a valid mailing address for delivery of the Gift.

Once all Gifts have been claimed, any participant who completes the claim process on the Promotion Website will be provided with black and white  digital Valentine’s Day cards which they may print from home and color in.

Limit one (1) Gift per person and per email address and per household. As available Gifts are depleted, notice will be posted on the Promotion Website to notify all participants that the Gift is no longer available. Gifts will only be awarded to eligible participants who participate in the Promotion in accordance with these Terms.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Participants shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any and all liability, claims, loss, damage, injury or expense, including reasonable outside attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with any third-party action arising out of or resulting from (i) participation in the Promotion and/or (ii) acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Gift, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage arising therefrom.  By participating in this Promotion, each participant forever discharges, releases, and holds harmless the Promotion Entities from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion, however caused.  The Promotion Entities shall not be liable for, and each participant shall release the Released Parties from, any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to: (a) lost, damaged, or stolen Gifts; (b) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and action of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Promotion; (c) acceptance, possession, grant, or use of any Gift, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage arising there from; or (d) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.  These Promotion Terms are subject to modification by Sponsor at any time.  In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Sponsor are final and binding.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion (or any portion of the Promotion) if, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of completion as planned, including, without limitation, should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit participation in the Promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an otherwise eligible participant from participating in the Promotion or receiving a Gift if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or any other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor's representatives.

GOVERNING LAW:  To the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Illinois, USA without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws.  Any and all disputes relating to this Sweepstakes shall be brought within the federal, state and local courts within Cook County, Illinois.

PRIVACY: By participating in the Promotion, each participant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted only for the purpose of administering the Promotion and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at: feastables.com/policies/privacy-policy).This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE PROMOTION WEBSITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
